Does Intelligence automatically read Work documents just because the same account is used?
No. The current products do not provide a general automatic Work-document reading path merely because they share an account.
Intelligence does not gain access to all Work documents simply because the user is also signed in to Work. A shared account establishes identity, not automatic document-reading permission.
If an explicit 'import from Work into Intelligence' feature is added in the future, it should be documented as a separate capability with a clear trigger and authorization boundary. It should not be described as a feature that already exists today.
