What data does each product store?
Different products store different data: Work stores work and document data, Cash stores personal cash-flow data, Watch stores synchronized ActivityWatch data, and Intelligence stores AI conversations and related usage information.
The main site also contains account-scoped workspace data such as projects, tasks, drafts, and Drive files. These are handled by their own APIs, storage structures, and authorization models.
The public FAQ describes implemented data types only and should not be used to infer cross-product merging, training, or automatic analysis that has not been released.
