How long does retain data?
There is currently no single published retention policy that applies one duration to every product.
Different data types follow the lifecycle of their respective product implementations. AI conversations, files, documents, Watch events, and access-audit records do not necessarily share one retention period.
Until a formal retention policy is published, should not invent a universal number such as 'all data is kept for X days.'
