Does Intelligence have usage limits or quotas?
It can. Intelligence supports per-account provider/model access, requests-per-minute limits, and daily/monthly usage limits.
Intelligence's access layer can configure providers, model lists, requests per minute, and daily/monthly usage limits per account while recording usage and estimated cost.
Those technical access limits are not the same thing as a public price. The models and request capacity available to an account depend on its current Intelligence configuration.
