Can paid plans be purchased directly right now?
The pricing catalog exists, but public checkout is still disabled, so listed prices should not be interpreted as currently purchasable subscriptions.
already defines the Free-to-Vault subscription catalog, storage entitlements, CNY prices, and student prices, and those prices can be presented by the subscription UI.
However, checkout_enabled is still off and the subscription page explicitly says payment is not available yet, with Alipay and WeChat Pay intended for later integration.
The accurate description is therefore 'plans and prices are defined, but public payment is not open yet'—not 'there are no paid plans,' and not 'subscriptions can already be purchased.'
